John Smithwick was born on March 28th, 1903 in Lauderdale Co, TN and his baptism took place in Lived In. He died at the age of 84 on January 29th, 1988 in Jackson, Madison Co, TN. He was buried in Maury City Cemetery, Maury City, Crockett Co, TN.General Notes
