Sir Robert de Vere Earl of Oxford, Duke of Ireland & Alice de Sanford

Robert and Alice were married before December 22nd, 1252.¹ They had five sons and three daughters, named Robert, Gilbert, Philip, Alfonso, Hugh, Joan, Hawise and Lora.

  Alice de Sanford who was the mother of Joan. That is a reliable source.
