Born August 7, 1915, in Hundred, WV, she was a daughter of DanielMorgan and Martha Ellen Kennedy Anderson.
She was a member of the church of Christ of Washington.
Mrs. Horner was a 1936 graduate of Washington High School.
On March 7, 1936, she married James William Horner, who died in 1952.
Surviving are three sons, James W., Walter E. and Daniel E. Horner,all of Washington; three daughters, Mrs. Eileen Barker and Mrs. David(Mary) Stevens, both of Streetsboro, OH, and Mrs. William (Virginia)Reese of Washington; four brothers, John Anderson of Butler, Roy andFrank Anderson
