Josiah Best 
General Notes
A portion of Hardin County, Kentucky later became LaRue County. Inthe 1820 census, the year of Adam's birth, the Best family indicatedtht there were three members of each family, that three were engagedin commerce, that they owned one male slave and three female slaves.
