‌Joseph S and Sarah were married in a religious ceremony on April 6th, 1849 in Blenheim, Oxford Co, Ontario.¹   They had four sons and five daughters, named James H, Richard Chapman, William, Franklin, Pamelia, Martha, Caroline, Mercy and Emma.
