‌Ahial [Hiel] and Nancy were married in a religious ceremony on July 22nd, 1855 in South Fork, Wayne Co, Kentucky.¹   They had five sons and three daughters, named James Harry, William E., Granville W., John C., Richard A., Sarah Jane, Martha A. and Lavinia.
