‌Abner and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on February 15th, 1857 in Peoria Co., Peoria, Illinois.¹   They had eight sons and two daughters, named Jacob, Stephen, Ralph, George, Alfred, Charles, Thomas, Alexander, Cora and Jennie.
