Separate Maintenance Case: Mr.s Martin, formerly Mrs. Chauncy Knight, v. S. P. Martin. The latter is aged abouth 90 years and lives in Tennessee Township, Married November 10, 1890. Mrs. Martin has been divorced from Mr. Knight as well. Three children from her marriage to Mr. Knight. She is aged about 40 years old. Mr. Martin has lived with one of his sons most recently.
He is bured in Lower Cemetery located 2 miles southwest of Colchester Illinois. It is situated on privately owned property, this cemetery lies about a quarter of a mile from a public road. The grounds are fenced, however the area is heavily covered with brush and weeds.
