Comstock-Thomas Ancestry s tates that he m. Hatfield, MA 10 Nov 1670 Elizabeth Foote; She was killed by indians 16 Sep 1696; he m. 2) Deerfield 17 Feb 1699 Hepsibah Buel, wid. of Lt. Thomas Wells. She was capt by indians 29 Feb 1704 and died on march to Canada aged 54. m.3)Sarah, dau. John Hawks, wid. Philip Mattoon; she d. 17 Sep 1751 age 94.

William was son of Richard Beldon b. Eng. d. Wethersfield 1655; was in Wethersfield about 1641 where he owned several pieces of land. Town Herder 1646. The inv. of his estate 111/19/00. Had 3 sons.
