Rev. Charles Baskerville served as president of Bellevue College until they moved to Vancouver, Washington in 1920. He was a pastor at the First Presbyterian Church in Vancouver until his death in 1929.
In 1929, Rev. Baskerville drowned while trying to save his daughter, Barbara.
