That is interesting. I found out some interesting information last night. I’m in contact with a descendent of this family and she told me that Amanda Foster married John Albertes Milford, then husband #2 was Myers, then husband #3 was Evans, then husband #4 was House. Her daughter, Dora, married Evan’s son. That’s why Dora had 2 children named Evans.
She also told me that she was told that William Dalton was a brother of the gang. He was a politician in California . He came back when the “gang” died and was shot. He had a one year old son and his widow’s family wanted nothing to do with a Dalton child so they put him in an orphanage. I found an article on the internet that says the same story. That child was the Robert Benjamin Dalton we’re looking for. Maybe???

There is some more history concerning the Myers Clan that I haven't mentioned yet. I am writing these facts as I know them to be. If you recall, there were four boys in the original Myer(s) family. There was a girl which was
Aunt "Bird"(or Birdie) Furey. The boys were John, Matt, Bill (William) and George. Well, John grew up and married a West Plains, MO girl. Her name was Amanda House. John and Amanda had two children, a boy and a girl. The boy was named John (Jr) and the girl was named Dora. Uncle John died young, that is he died in his twenties. Aunt Amanda (or Mandy as everyone called her) raised the two kids to be grown, then she married a widower named Evans. This man had a son and Aunt Mandy's daughter married the son. Their names were then Amanda Evans and Dora Evans. John (Jr) grew up mostly in and around West Plains. He left when he was about grown. Several years later he came back to West Plains to see grandma. Dora left West Plains and married again but I don't what her new name was.
