   I, Nathan L Dallarn, Clerk, of the County Court aforesaid, do hereby certify, that bond and security has been given in my office on this day according to law, for license to issue for a marriage shortly intended to be soleminized between JAMES ORR and JINCY YOUNG.
   These are therefore to license and permit you the said JAMES ORR and JINCY YOUNG to join together in the holy state of matrimony, according to the rites and ceremonies of the church to which you belong.--Given under my hand the 4th day of February, 1828.
To any minister of the gospel, or magistrate legally authorized to soleminize the rites of matrimony in Caldwell County.                                           N L Dallarn

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WE   JAMES ORR and NATHAN BARNETT  are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the penal sum of 50 pounds to the payment whereof well and truly to be made; we bind ourselves, each of our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents, sealed and dated the 4th day of February 1828.
The condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas there is a license about to issue for a marriage shortly intended to be soleminized between the above bounded JAMES ORR and JINCY YOUNG.
Now, if it shall always hereafter appear that there is no lawful cause to obstruct said marriage, then this obligation to be void, else to remain in full force and virtue.
