Samuel was born on July 9th, 1794 in Deep River, Guilford, NC.  He died at the age of 33 on April 24th, 1828 in Washington Co., IN.  He was buried in old Brownstown Cemetery, Brownstown, Jackson Co., IN.

Elizabeth Betsy was born about 1804.  She died before May 12th, 1836 in Jackson Co., IN.
