Mordecai Mendenhall & Phebe Canaday 
Mordecai and Phebe were married in a religious ceremony on December 16th, 1789. They had four sons and two daughters, named Robert, Aaron, Stephen, John, Hannah and Phebe.

Hannah was born on November 12th, 1790 in Lost Creek, TN. She died at the age of 57 on December 12th, 1847.
Aaron Mendenhall
Aaron was born on October 17th, 1797 in Lost Creek, Jefferson Co., TN. He died at the age of 37 on January 20th, 1835 in Nettle Creek, Wayne Co., IN.
