‌Friedrich III Zu and Euphemia Von were married in a religious ceremony about 1395.  They had three sons and three daughters, named Johann I Zu, Wilhelm I Zu, Ulrich Zu, Imagina Zu, Anna Zu and Marguerita Zu.
