"VI. 6. SIR HENRY UGHTRED, K.B., grandson and heir, being son and heir of Robert UGHTRED, was born 1477. He was granted, 1 May 1507, with Marmaduke Thweng, custody of the lands and heir of Henry Grey; received a pardon, 9 May 1509; K.B. 23 June 1509, at the Coronation of Henry VIII. He married, before 1503, Agnes, daughter of Sir Marmaduke CONSTABLE, of Flamborough, by his 2nd wife, Joyce, daughter of Sir Humphrey STAFFORD, of Grafton. He died 10 September 1510, aged about 33. Will dated 9 September 1510, directing burial in the Franciscan Friary, York, proved 20 September following at York. His widow married, before 1516, Sir William PERCY (2nd son of Henry (PERCY), 4th EARL OF NORTHUMBERLAND), who died shortly before 19 September 1540. She was living, 24 February 1528/9.
