Frances was born on February 25th, 1753 in Raphoe, Donegal, Ireland and her baptism took place on March 1st, 1753 in St. James, Westminster, Middlesex, England. She died at the age of 68 on July 23rd, 1821 in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England. She was buried in Middleton Stoney, Oxfordshire, England.
