Thomas was born in 0998.  Thomas' father was Sir Robert de Hoo of Luten and his mother is Lady Anne Evans of Griffith.  His maternal grandfather was Lord William Evans of Griffith.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 45 in 1043 in Bedfordshire, England.
