'the Dane' 1st Duke of Normandy was born about 0870 in Maer, Nord, Trondelog, Norway and his baptism took place in 0912 in Cathedral Rouen.¹   He died in 0927 in Notre Dame, Rouen, France.  He was buried in Sacristy Of Notre Dame, Rouen, Chapel, Of St. Romanus.¹
