Mary Shipley 
Mary was born in 1800 in Sullivan Co, Tennessee.1 Mary's father was Benjamin Franklin Shipley , Sr and her mother was Catherine Wells. Her paternal grandparents were Elijah Shipley , Sr and Rachel Elizabeth Kingston. She had six brothers and six sisters, named Orson, Endymion, Jesse, Zachariah, Eli Wilson, Benjamin Franklin, Malinda, Rachel, Nancy, Catherine, Sibila and Christina.
