 Riley Dowell
Riley was born on February 28th, 1827 in BRECKINRIDGE CO. KY.¹   He died at the age of 64 on December 15th, 1891 in BRECKINRIDGE CO. KY.  He was buried in Bethel Cemetery, Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.^2 1
