Virginia Dare Younger 
Virginia Dare was born on December 2nd, 1883 in McNairy Co., Tennessee.1 Virginia Dare's father was Josiah Cy Younger and her mother was America Carolina Wilkes. Her maternal grandparents were Andrew Jackson Wilkes and Mary Ann (Polly) Basham. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Oscar Taylor, William Azelle, Clyde Wilks, Mattie Lorrin, Elsie Vera, Cecel Estelle, Thelma Rema and Nora Pearl. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 68 on July 8th, 1952.1 General Notes
