Travis worked as a Design Enigineer for Humble Oil Company for 16 year
s, t hen for Tenneco Co. for 20 years before a heart attack slowed h
im to su ch a degree that he took early retirement.
Travis O. and Phyliss Leona were married in a religious ceremony on February 21st, 1937 in Jacksboro, Jack Co., Texas.1 They had a son and a daughter, named Living and Living.
