Sally Mat was born on September 18th, 1912.1 Sally Mat's father was Elijah Warren and her mother was Malissa Green Skaggs. Her paternal grandparents were John Taylor Warren and Louisa Eliza Etherton; her maternal grandparents were John C. Skaggs and Mary A. Oaks. She had three brothers and nine sisters, named Jeptha Aaron, Leslie Duward, Bennie Green Hardin, Annie Mildred, Rosetta, Eliza Jane, Mary Elizabeth, Gracy, Lena, Mary Lina, Dora Ermine and Edna Pearl. She died at the age of 84 on February 27th, 1997 in Hardin Co., Tyler Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
