Otha V. Warren 
Otha V. was born on February 27th, 1915 in Texas.1 Otha V.'s father was Arthur Green Warren and her mother was Gertrude Irene Smith. Her paternal grandfather was J. Elzy Warren and her paternal grandmother is Nancy Susan Jones. She had three brothers and two sisters, named John B., Unknown, James Arthur, Iris D. and Glenda Fae. She was the second oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 69 on April 19th, 1984 in Comanche Co., Texas. She was buried in DeLeon Cemetery, Comanche Co., Texas.1 1 General Notes
