John Fox Warren 
John Fox was born on October 5th, 1885 in Kentucky.1 John Fox's father was William Franklin Warren and his mother was Didama Edwards. His paternal grandparents were William B. Warren and Elizabeth Salsman. He had two brothers and a sister, named George, Jim and Sarah E.. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 89 on September 17th, 1975 in LaRue Co., Kentucky. He was buried in Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Cemetry, LaRue Co. Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
