Fred was born on December 2nd, 1880 in Green Co., Kentucky.1 Fred's father was John F. Warren and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Mulkey. His paternal grandparents were Hugh Warren and Mary Elizabeth Hilbern. He had a brother and four sisters, named Marcus, Sarah Elizabeth, Martha J., Viola and Lena M.. He was the youngest of the six children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named George Elliott and Mary Margaret. He died at the age of 33 on April 5th, 1914 in Anderson Co., Kentucky.
