Arthur Eckman Vincent

Arthur Eckman was born on February 22nd, 1895 in Foxport, Kentucky.¹   He died at the age of 39 on February 14th, 1935 in Warren Co., Ohio.¹ 

‌Arthur Eckman and Kathryn Frances were married in a religious ceremony on November 26th, 1923 in Springfield, Ohio.¹   They had a son and two daughters, named David Vincent, Living and Living.
