Frank Marshall Underwood 
Frank Marshall was born on August 3rd, 1905 in McLeansboro, Hamilton Co., Illinois.1 Frank Marshall's father was David Jasper Underwood and his mother was Ruth Campbell. His maternal grandparents were James Madison Campbell and Elizabeth Eleanor Mitchell. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Carl Stanton, Ira Julian, Alvin Wendell, James Bryan, David Jasper, Fred Woodrow, Annie Ruth, Opal and Mary Elanor. He was the third youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 75 on December 5th, 1980 in San Mateo, California.1 General Notes
