Owen Young Tutor 
Owen Young was born in 1818 in Cumberland Co., North Carolina.1 Owen Young's father was William Owen Tutor and his mother was Lucinda Senter. His maternal grandparents are Steven, Jr. Senter and Mary Unknown. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Samuel Isaac, John Henry, William Madison, Joseph Harris, Frances Samantha, Mary, Lilly Phoebe, Lucy Jane, Louisa and Martha J.. He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 46 on May 16th, 1864 in Drewrys Bluff, Virginia.1 General Notes
