Edna Lena was born on January 17th, 1901 in Bartlett, Bell Co., Texas.1 Edna Lena's father was Willis Tate and her mother was Anna Elizabeth Warren. Her maternal grandparents were Robert Walker Warren and Elizabeth Reeves. She had a brother and a sister, named James Darrell and Myrtle Ida.
