William Henderson Standifer 
William Henderson was born on December 24th, 1850 in Alabama.1 William Henderson's father was Lemuel Jackson Standifer and his mother was Sarah Frances Underwood. His maternal grandfather was William Henderson Underwood and his maternal grandmother is Virginia O'Ferrall. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Walter Scott, John Henry Milner, Leona Nancy, Ella Virginia, Augusta Georgia, Julia Florence and Ada Eugenia.
