Margaret Lemley, Will of. In the name of God, Amen, I Margaret Lemley w
id ow considering the uncertainty of human life and being of sound mind a
nd d isposing memory do make and ordain this my last will and testame
nt th at is to say first I give and bequeath to my daughter Catherine Hend
ers on the farm on which she now lives to have the full controll of the sa
me d uring her natural life and then to belong to her lawful children aft
er h er discease the same being eighty nine acres more or less. I al
so gi ve to my daughter Catherine Henderson one bed and beding and one mil
ch c ow also my cubord ware and to my son Asa Lemley one milch cow and fif
ty fi ve dollars that he has of my money borrowed at this time and to my s
on Isa ac Lemley I give one bed and beding and five dollars in mony a
nd to my so ne Clark Lemley I give forty dollars in mony and to my son Rud
olph Leml ey I give fifty dollars in money that is sixteen in additi
on to the thir ty four he has now borrowed and alos my daughter /Catheri
ne Henderson I gi ve my coper kettle and five dollars in money and my wear
ing aperal and a ny money goods property or chattles that may remain aft
er my disease th at is not disposed of in this my will I wish to be equal
ly divided betwe en my children and it is my wish that my son Asa Lemley a
nd my Sister Rebe cka Lemley and my Sister in Law Ruhama Lemley to make t
he divide of said r eminder among them witness my hand and seal this 29
