Oscar Skaggs

Oscar was born on November 18th, 1878.¹   Oscar's father was Dotson Elbert Skaggs and his mother is Mary Malinda Stapp.  His paternal grandfather was William Brock Skaggs and his paternal grandmother is Nancy Warner. He has five brothers and three sisters, named William Joshua, John Calvin, Elbert Dotson, Charles, George Ernest, Flora Catherine, Sarah Josephine and Nancy Jane.  He is the second youngest of the nine children. He has a half-sister named Mary Frances Warren.
