Nancy Skaggs 
Nancy was born on June 16th, 1789 in Nelson Co., Kentucky.1 Nancy's father was William Skaggs and her mother was Mary Simpson. Her paternal grandfather was James Skaggs and her paternal grandmother is Mary Unknown. She had a brother and four sisters, named William Bustle', Elizabeth, Mary Polly, Polly and Nancy. She was the second youngest of the six children. She had four half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Fielding, Jeremiah, Stephen S, Henry, Rachel, Libby, Jane, Jane and Louisa. She died at the age of 71 in 1860.1 General Notes
