Lucy E. Skaggs

Lucy E. was born on June 24th, 1856 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.¹ Lucy E.'s father is Moses Riley Skaggs and her mother is Mary Pierce. Her paternal grandparents were Solomon Skaggs and Martha Prather. She had three brothers and three sisters, named William Henry, James Riley, Joseph Barbee, Nancy Ann, Mariah P. and Mary L.. She is the second oldest of the seven children.
