Florence Skaggs 
Florence was born on August 23rd, 1896 in KY.1 Florence's father was Lewis Young Skaggs and her mother was Mary Susan Thompson. Her paternal grandparents were Henry David Skaggs and Ruth S. Salsman; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Jonathan Thompson and Mary Ann Warren. She had six brothers and two sisters, named William Robert, Edward McClain, James Mace, George Albert, Marvin, Marcus, Darcus Ann and Flocia Carrie. She died at the age of 88 on July 9th, 1985 in Larue, KY. She was buried in Corinth Cemetery, LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
