Celia Catherine was born on July 19th, 1893 in Kentucky.1 Celia Catherine's father was Robert Joseph Skaggs and her mother was Rosetta E. Bell. Her paternal grandparents were Henry David Skaggs and Ruth S. Salsman. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Henry Blaine, James Logan, Elijah B., Alta and Julie A.. She was the youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 79 on December 12th, 1972 in LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
