Celia Skaggs 
Celia was born on December 8th, 1857.1 Celia's father was Jacob C. Skaggs and her mother was Nancy Wiseman. Her paternal grandfather was Mastin Skaggs and her paternal grandmother is Lucy Abbott. She had five brothers and a sister, named Mastin, Benjamin, Elisha, James C., William and Sarah. She is the youngest of the seven children.General Notes
