Benjamin Franklin was born on November 18th, 1844 in Kentucky.1 Benjamin Franklin's father is William T. Skaggs and his mother is Susan Reeves. His paternal grandparents were William David Skaggs and Margaret Hoover. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Moses M., William H., George Beryl, Joseph, Jasper A., Joshua, Susanna V. and Chloe. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 74 on October 20th, 1919 in Maple, Taylor Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
