Andrew Skaggs 
Andrew was born in 1885 in Kentucky.1 Andrew's father was Uriah Skaggs and his mother was Levina Bell. His paternal grandparents were Stephen Skaggs and Rhoda Warren. He had five brothers and five sisters, named George Washington, Hugh, Atwood, William A., Charles C., Burnette, Ada, Ida B., Emmie S. and Creassie Lucretta. He was the youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 71 on January 30th, 1956 in LaRue Co., Kentucky. He was buried in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Larue Co., Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
