Elbert Homer was born on August 10th, 1885.1 Elbert Homer's father is Jeptha Marion Robertson and his mother was Mary Eldora Graham. His maternal grandfather was John Curtis Graham and his maternal grandmother is Martha Jane Sarten. He had four brothers and three sisters, named James Monroe, Carl, Chester Gay, Carrol P., Pernetia Irine, Nora May and Mamie Jewel. He was the third oldest of the eight children.
