William Roark 
William was born in 1792 in Virginia.1 William's father was Reuben Roark and his mother is Sylvia Skaggs. His maternal grandfather was Henry Skaggs and his maternal grandmother is Mary Thompson. He had a brother and two sisters, named John, Sally and Rachael. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 38 on March 20th, 1830.1 General Notes
