Nerveste Ritchie

Nerveste was born in 1880 in Perry Co., Kentucky.¹ Nerveste's father is John Ritchie and her mother is Synthia Hall. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Grigsby Ritchie and Kissiah Smith. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Silas B., Eli, Jasper, Samuel Marcellus, Martha, Mary and Sarah Jane. She is the second youngest of the eight children.
