Willie B. Purcell 
Willie B. was born on January 31st, 1875 in Roundrock, Williamson Co., Texas.1 Willie B.'s father was Samuel Bruer Purcell and his mother was Sabra Caroline Smalley. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin S. Purcell and Mary Smalley; his maternal grandparents were Freeman Jasper,Jr. Smalley and Nancy Ann Asher. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Ulysses Samuel, Joseph Joel A., Zelar, Merton Mart, Freeman Bruer, Samuel Eldon, Mary Anna, Alice Benjamin, Hattie and Dora. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 1 on September 9th, 1876 in Round Top , Fayette Co., Texas.1 General Notes
