Herbert Dennis was born on November 3rd, 1901 in Horry Co., South Carolina.1 Herbert Dennis' father was John Hyman Price and his mother was Margaret Beaty Graham. His maternal grandparents were William Isaiah Graham and Margaret Dorcas Beaty. He had two brothers and four sisters, named William Hyman, Thomas Beaty, Lizzie Agnes, Daisy Gertrude, Margret Graham and Leila Lenora. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 59 on December 29th, 1960. He was buried in Price Cemetery , Horry Co., South Carolina.1 1 General Notes
