Sadie Prestridge 
Sadie was born on November 8th, 1897 in Alvarado, Johnson Co., Texas.1 Sadie's father was James Ezell Prestridge and her mother was Nancy Catherine Davis. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Benjamin Prestridge and Sarah Almeida Fenley. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Habib, Newton, Paul, Walter David, Edgar Lloyd, Delmar Commodore, Naomi, Helen, Zelma and Esther Blanche. She was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 27 on July 31st, 1925 in Alvarado, Johnson Co., Texas.1 -
