Larkin Marion Poe 
Larkin Marion was born on May 29th, 1824 in Alabama.1 Larkin Marion's father was Larkin Poe and his mother was Rachel Harrington. His paternal grandparents are Capt Stephen Poe and Mary Unknown; his maternal grandparents were Drury Harrington and Rachel Petty. He had four brothers and five sisters, named William C., Thomas G., John T., Elisha H., Elisha Bismark, Mary, Elizabeth, Sarah and Rachel Manerva. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 39 on September 30th, 1863 in Nashville, Davidson Co., Tenn.1 General Notes
