William Levi Pendley 
William Levi was born in November 1858.1 William Levi's father was Virgil Pendley and his mother was Mary Anne Brown. His paternal grandparents were Larkin Pendley and Nancy UNKNOWN. He had eight brothers named John G, James T, Morgan Goforth, Clark Azariah, Virgil, Pendleton, Isaac N and Robert. He was the third oldest of the nine children.1 -
