Floyd Otis

Floyd was born on October 13th, 1885.¹ Floyd's father is Martin Otis and his mother was Artemesia Philo. His maternal grandparents were Joseph P. Philo and Arvilla Hall. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Charles E., Delbert, Leonard, Clyde, John Frank, Elmer, Eber L., Lida, Ida J. and Certa.
